  • The 34-story residential condominium tower planned for 309 fifth avenue between 31st and 32nd streets is a hotel and 165 condominiums with amenities on 10,400 square feet of ground-floor/basement and a roof garden. The tower is expected to be LEED certified. Multi-employer property trust projects it will generate more than $256 million in economic activity for the city, and create more than 1,000 jobs. Once open, it will boast 24-hour doorman/concierge service, fitness center, bike storage an a landscaped rooftop terrace. Condos will have nine-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, and some will have views of the Empire State Building. The architect of the 309 Fifth Ave., is SLCE architects and its general contractor is Lend Lease.

  • This project is located on Madison Avenue in the trendy Flat Iron district of New York City. The building is a T-shaped, spanning the entire block between 32nd street and 33rd street, with ta finger reaching out to Madison Avenue. The building has a gross area of approximately 155,000 square feet with 37 residential floors and 6,000 square feet of retail space. The project is proposed to contain 103 residences ranging in size from 540 square feet to 3,00 square feet. Amenities include a private health spa located on the cellar level complete with a hot tub, a 58-0’x10-0’ lap pool, a yoga center, a gym and locker rooms. The structure consists of reinforced concrete with a mat foundation attached to grade beams and caissons that will be driven 30 feet into the ground, to ensure he weight and anticipated loads of the building do not impact the structural integrity of the adjacent tunnel for the long island railroad. The exterior of the building is a curtain wall unitized structural glazing system rising up over 450 feet above ground level.

  • Vroom, vroom! Get ready for a playful journey into this enchanting toddlers' room. We designed this space around a transportation and cars theme, sparking imagination and fun in every corner.

    Buckle up for a vibrant adventure! A custom-made maze of racing tracks, complete with Hot Wheels cars, fuels endless playtime. Overhead, a stunning chandelier with state-of-the-art aircraft adds a touch of high-flying whimsy.

    The cozy reading nook, with its delightful book collection and comfy bean bag, invites quiet moments. A uniquely shaped surfboard table, personalized with the child’s name and colors, adds a playful focal point. And for budding artists, a chalkboard wall awaits their creative touch.

    This project was pure joy, resulting in a vibrant space that fosters both play and learning.
